Choosing the right school isn't just about rankings or financial aid — it's about finding a school that offers your major. Not every university has every program.

Below are U.S. colleges and universities that give full scholarships to international students, organized by major so you can find the right fit for your field of study. This part covers STEM fields and Business.

Agriculture (Animal Science, Forestry, Plant Science)#

Only 2 fully-funded schools offer agriculture programs — this is a rare find.

  • Berea College
  • Cornell University

Best option: Cornell has one of the most comprehensive agriculture programs in the Ivy League (College of Agriculture and Life Sciences). Berea offers free tuition for everyone.


Aerospace Engineering#

6 schools with full scholarships and aerospace engineering:

  • Case Western Reserve University
  • MIT
  • Princeton University
  • Stanford University
  • University of Notre Dame

Best options: MIT and Stanford are the top aerospace programs in the country. Case Western (~28%) has the highest acceptance rate in this group.


Biomedical Engineering#

One of the largest lists — 20 schools offer biomedical engineering with full funding:

  • Brown University

  • Columbia University
  • Cornell University

Cybersecurity#

No fully-funded school offers cybersecurity as a standalone major. However, many schools above offer cybersecurity as a concentration or track within Computer Science. If cybersecurity is your goal, apply for CS at any of the 57 schools listed above and specialize from there.
